History: The Chico Outlaws were a professional baseball team in the Golden Baseball League (GBL) - California Division. The Outlaws were founded in 2005 alongside the GBL, and made it to their first GBL Championship Series in 2007, beating the Long Beach Armada. Notable players include their manager, San Diego Padres Hall of Famer, Garry Templeton, and the historic 18-year-old female knuckleball pitcher Eri Yoshida. Eri, the “Knuckleball Princess”, was the first woman to play pro baseball in Japan, and one of only three female pro baseball pitchers in U.S. history! This fitted cap is a reproduction of the on-field cap worn by the team during their regular season.
