US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 1 - 5 business days via typical ground shipping methods. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 2 - 10 business days for your order to arrive.*

Club Nine Hats is not responsible for undeliverable packages, or Return to Senders. If your order is Returned to Sender, you will be issued a refund once we receive the package. You will receive an email confirming your tracking number the day your product(s) ship. Club Nine Hats is not responsible for any weather delays. Please keep in mind that Holiday's and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days.

If you ordered multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages and you will be emailed a tracking number for each package. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Club Nine Hats will not ship internationally. Thank you for your patience as we look into international shipping methods in the future.

RETURNS

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We will accept returns for products in their original condition and with the tags still attached, or that are defective. Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping and handling fees, including costs to ship items back to Club Nine Hats, are non-refundable. All items must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please email customerservice@clubninehats.com for a return label and other instructions on returning products. The customer is responsible for printing out the return label, and bringing the products (with the label) to their local post office or courier of choice. Once Club Nine Hats receives the item back, the customer will be refunded the item price minus the cost of the return label.

*Shipping time estimates are "business" transit days and do not include order processing time. Due to reasons outside of Club Nine Hats’ control, i.e. inclement weather, acts of God, delivery service strikes, etc., we must allow up to 10 business days from the ship-date for U.S. orders to arrive before declaring that they are "lost in transit" and can be reshipped. APO/FPO/Military orders must allow up to 15 business days for the same reasons listed above. All international orders must allow at least 30 days from the ship-date for the same reasons listed above. These delays are NOT normal and are listed as a precaution. Please contact us if you have questions about urgent delivery times and if you would like to verify arrival times.
