History: The Mesa Miners were a professional baseball team in the Golden Baseball League (GBL) - Arizona Division. The Miners were founded in 2005 alongside the GBL but only played for one season before changing their name to the Reno Silver Sox. In their first and only season, the Miners won the first-ever GBL Arizona Division title and played in the Championship Game against the San Diego Surf Dawgs. Their successor, the Reno Silver Sox, would go on to win the 2006 GBL Championship. This fitted cap is a re-imagination of the on-field cap worn by the team during their regular season.
